The host, Stuart, makes you feel at home. The venue has excellent location just next door to the train station and the city centre, all attractions, and the town center. We would come here again.

It was in a perfect and magnificent place. The bathroom included a large shower and shower facilities. Stuart made everything for all of us.

I've had deluxe apartment with sofa bed for the kids. There were shower facilities, a drier and soft bathrobes in the bathroom. The location was perfect and EXCELLENT, just a pleasant stroll away from York Minster. Very very helpful employees, I enjoyed that.

The communication from the host was exceptional, making our stay a joy from the moment we booked. They provided detailed information and even a video on how to reach the apartment. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and the city center. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well-presented. It was also clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a washer/dryer and Netflix on the TV. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

I did notice a couple of minor issues, such as the lack of champagne flutes in the kitchen and the missing privacy voile in the bedroom window. The bedroom curtain also had a damaged blackout element, which let street light in at night.
